The ERP includes a full Product Registration module. Users can add items with their HSN codes, GST rates, prices, and activation status. This helps the team manage product details efficiently and avoid manual errors.
The Unit Master allows users to create units such as kg, litre, and box. It includes validation to prevent duplicate entries like “KG” and “kg.” This keeps the unit data clean and consistent.
The system also includes Customer and Supplier management. Staff can add contact details, GST numbers, and opening balances for each party. These records support smooth billing and ledger accuracy.
In the Sales module, users can pick a customer, select products, apply discounts, and let the system calculate GST. It supports CGST, SGST, and IGST based on customer location. Users can also handle returns and round-offs quickly.
The Purchase module works similarly. Users can add supplier bills, track goods received, and apply taxes. Once a purchase is added, stock levels update automatically. This helps Magic Malabar track inventory in real time.
Every bill created in the system supports Invoice Printing. Invoices follow the GST format and include all key details like buyer and seller info, HSN codes, tax summary, and totals. The system offers both print and PDF options.
